2019’s Competitive Summer curriculum is clinic based with different areas of focus for each week. Athletes can expect to develop the four main pillars of athleticism which are – Speed, Power, Agility, and Plyometrics. Our one week structure is designed to focus on and highlight each pillar. Competitive’s curriculum aims to teach athletes the proper way to train their body through stretching, movement, and bodyweight / light resistance training. The principles learned in Competitive are building blocks for a fully encompassing speed, strength, and conditioning program similar to our professional athlete training programs.
Week 1 (Speed) June 24-28
Week 2 (Power) July 1-6 (Saturday make up for July 4)
Week 3 (Agility) July 8-12
Week 4 (Plyometrics) July 15-19
Week 5 (Speed) July 22-26 (Camp 1)
Week 6 (Power) July 29-Aug 2 (Camp 2)
Week 7 (Agility) Aug 5- 9 (Camp 3)
Week 8 (Plyometrics) Aug 12 – Aug 16 (Camp 4)
Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 10:15 am

This comprehensive training program addresses all aspects of athletic development: Speed, Strength, Agility, Power, Core Development, Balance, Flexibility/Mobility, Energy System Development.
Each day we’ll focus on a different movement direction. In addition, another component of the Elite curriculum is addressing/developing proper lifting techniques along with addressing individual limitations for these exercises.
Our main goal is to prepare our Elite athletes for the next level of strength and conditioning.

Testing Registration Week: June 17 – June 21 Athletes are to participate in testing to quantify their baseline performance prior to the start of training. During this time each athlete’s personal online training program will be made. This program will be used for their regenerations days, taper weeks, and address any specific deficiencies the athlete has within their movement pattern.
1st session (4 weeks): June 24- July 19 Week 5Deload Week: July 22- July 26 (use of App) and testing/Registration for new athletes and athletes training in both summer sessions. Execute personal taper week through our Activ8Now training app
2nd session (4 weeks): July 29-Aug 23 Week 10Deload/Testing Execute personal taper week through Activ8’s training app
