NFL Combine and Pro Day.

The NFL Combine program was created by our expert team of physicians, exercise and movement specialists, physical therapists, and performance coaches. Our team works with athletes 1 on 1 to focus on mental and physical preparation. The program works on long-term athletic development using powerful body movement that encompasses balance and safety. At the core of the program, you will find that it centers around proper anatomical functional movements.

Our team works with athletes 1 on 1 to focus on mental and physical preparation. The program works on long-term athletic development using powerful body movement that encompasses balance and safety. At the core of the program, you will find that it centers around proper anatomical, functional movements that make up the 8 pillars of athleticism.

Our Facility

As a destination location, we make sure our athletes have access to the resources they need. Our 10,000 sq ft. facility has certified professional grade field turf, plyometric training systems, resistance and power training equipment, a pool, and physical therapy devices.

Regeneration & Recovery

An essential aspect of our program is the implementation of an integrated, holistic daily pre-rehabilitation routine. Based on Activ8’s injury assessment a custom plan is created using a varied of  different modalities such as physical therapy, aquatic training, massage, and use the Normatec recovery system.

Nutrition

Through our guidance, athletes will receive nutritional supplementation, in addition to pre and post-workouts shakes. Each athlete will go over a proper meal prep plan that meets their needs/goals allowing them to make sure they are getting the right nutrients.

On Site Pool

We are the only San Diego elite sports performance training center with an indoor, standard size aquatic training center. We use the pool for our recovery and regeneration training as well as plyometric training. Training in the pool is a vital component of developing flexibility, mobility, and achieving an increased range of motion.

90% of our athletes make an active NFL Roster.

Activ8 will prepare each athlete to reach their maximum peak test potential. Historically, we have helped undrafted rookies and free agents achieve their dream of playing in the NFL.

Activ8 athletes have had on average a 2-5% reduction in times for speed and agility drills and an 18-22% improvement in performance output in the combine and pro-day testing.
