Optimal athletic performance is achieved by understanding, correcting, developing and progressing one’s natural movement patterns.

Anatomical Reconditioning

We provide anatomical reconditioning so the athletes have maximum joint mobility and synchronous movement between the core, head and extremities. Assessment and baseline data are rudimentary. From this, a personalized program can be designed progressing the athlete through more complex iterations of a foundational movement.
